Effluent & Sink Tray Packages
For effluent applications, such as laundry, dishwashers, and sinks, packages ship ready for installation. Fit for underground, in a cabinet, or on the floor, these packages offer flexibility for almost any layout. Below are a few examples of pre-assembled packages that are available at JMI. These packages can be picked up at Will Call or shipped to a job site with advance notice. Preassembled effluent packages include some combination of a basin, torque stop, pump, piping, cover, check valve, and any necessary hardware.

This package is available with any style check valve and is suited for most standard sump applications.

Drainosaur and Waterbox packages are designed to fit under sinks or other appliances.
Larger effluent packages can ship either loose (as “Rough-In” and “Finish”) or preassembled by our techs. These packages typically utilize a fiberglass basin, steel or PVC cover, control panel, and float tree. Lifting rope for pumps, rails, base elbows, stud plates, and mounting brackets are optional adders for the largest effluent systems. Effluent pumps ranging from ½ HP to 10 HP can be substituted into these packages to meet system demand. Note that systems that require larger pumps dictate larger basins to be used as well. System requirements from job to job are unique, but so are JMI’s effluent packages. JMI Services is available to assist contractors with installation.
