JMI Pump Systems is proud to stand behind all these quality products. Keeping basements and other properties dry and clean is our number one goal. Manufacturers and vendors are carefully vetted to ensure product expectations align.

All warranty claims must be made by a licensed contractor. The product must be returned to JMI in its entirety with the original PO and installation date. Photos showing the condition of the system as installed may be required. Warranty coverage will be honored as outlined by the manufacturer in the product’s O&M, varying from one to five years.

At the time the product is returned, contractors may opt to receive any product needed for immediate installation so a system can be brought back into working condition. Invoicing for the replacement product will occur immediately, with warranty evaluation taking place on-site at the JMI Proving Grounds in three to seven business days.

When testing is complete, a determination will be made regarding any credit to be issued. Full credit will be issued at the original purchase price if complete failure is found within the valid warranty period and terms. JMI submits the product back to the product manufacturer to receive credit each year but will issue a credit to installers as soon as the in-house evaluation is complete.

Unused or overstocked products may be returned to JMI in clean, new condition. The product must be returned in the same condition it was sold. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If a flood or other property damage has occurred, instruct the homeowner to contact their insurance agent.

Within the JMI Pump Systems Proving Grounds, we develop real-world environments for pump and switch testing. We use the proving grounds to confirm you are getting the right product for the right application.
