Grinder Packages
Grinder packages have been a JMI core focus for many years. The most popular grinder package is the IGP-42-A Indoor Grinder System. Including a basin, Franklin grinder pump, piping, panel, valves, and floats, this package makes new residential construction applications a breeze.
“Rough-In” components (IGP-42-B) can be delivered from stock by JMI within 24 hours to most job sites across southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. These include the basin, inlets, and an optional plywood cover. “Finish” components are placed on Tag and Hold until the job is ready to proceed, at which time they are delivered and installed. These components include the grinder, piping, valves, steel cover, panel, and floats. JMI Services is available for contractor installation assistance.

For bigger jobs, other grinders can be substituted, such as the ZSGV2072 Razor or a 3 HP SGV3072L, both from Barnes. Power, voltage, discharge, and HP, can all be sized to meet specification or duty point. System requirements from job to job are unique, but so are JMI’s grinder packages. PreFab Pump Systems
Private labeling and custom PVC covers are available for all Grinder Packages. Customizable options for sewage packages include basin size, material, number of pumps, alarms, and cover type.
