Homeowners
JMI Pump Systems is a wholesaler/distributor, which means that we sell high-quality products to plumbing, septic, mechanical, and other licensed contractors. If you have a ‘Jim Murray’ or ‘JMI’ pump and need it inspected or replaced, you will need to contact the plumber who installed it. If you can’t locate who that is, give us a call; we can provide references for licensed contractors in your area. An online locator for Parts/ Contractors is under construction.
JMI Pump Systems cannot diagnose or offer troubleshooting assistance over the phone. Licensed contractors need to be on-site to correctly solve problems. They will get any necessary replacement parts for your system from JMI at that time.
Due to shifts in manufacturing and other industry trends, upright and pedestal pumps are rare on the market today. Because the upright pump was central to Jim Murray Inc.’s identity for so many years, limited replacement parts are still available through local distributors.

As always, any service, repair, or replacement of your system should be done by a licensed contractor, or your warranty will be VOID.
